What Makes EtonHouse Pre-School Upper Bukit Timah Special?
EtonHouse Upper Bukit Timah is one of our Singapore Pre-Schools* for children from Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten 2 (18 months to 6 years of age). Our campus is housed in a 5-storey standalone building that is purposefully designed with creative and safe learning spaces. Children are inspired to explore the campus, and our experienced educators are always there to support their investigations and create rich learning experiences.
Renowned Curriculum
The school follows the EtonHouse Inquire.Think.Learn curriculum that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia education programme. Here, children are respected as capable and competent individuals. Our educators observe, listen, and collaborate with each child’s learning goals to plan intellectually, socially, and emotionally stimulating experiences.
Strong Bilingual Programme
We have a strong track record of students doing well in both local and international primary schools. An immersive environment for English and Mandarin exposes children to both languages from a young age. Our Mandarin language programme also emphasises cultural immersion that fosters a lifelong love for the language.
ZhongHua Full Mandarin Immersion
We are introducing ZhongHua Full Mandarin Immersion that has been popular with our EtonHouse families at Zhong Hua, City Pre-School and Newton. Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten 2 children will get to experience a full Mandarin inquiry-based curriculum. ZhongHua Full Mandarin Immersion aims to cultivate fluency in the Chinese language and increase multicultural awareness. Children will build an understanding, acceptance and respect of other languages and cultures while developing knowledge, appreciation and sensitivity to different cultures.

Our 29,000-square feet campus is purposefully designed with creative and safe learning spaces. Children are inspired to explore the campus and enjoy various shared spaces like the ateliers, library, rooftop playground, sandpit, bamboo forest, large indoor gymnasium and dedicated studios for performing art and construction.

The only school in Singapore that works directly with the Reggio Children International Network, its educators receive high-quality professional learning on the Reggio Emilia approach. As one of the few education groups in Singapore with a dedicated research and training arm, we also have a dedicated research and training arm that allows our educators to receive ongoing professional development throughout the year and access the resources to continuously improve their curriculum.
Powerful Pathway to Primary, Secondary and High School
For families who come to appreciate our holistic approach to education, the journey does not need to end at Pre-School. Our very first campus EtonHouse Broadrick is an accredited International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP). From there, students can advance to the EtonHouse Orchard campus for their Secondary and High School years.
*EtonHouse Singapore Pre-Schools offer childcare services from 7am to 7pm, and follow the academic calendar of January to December. Singaporeans are eligible for government (ECDA) subsidies.
